Our role
Delwara.in is a marketplace that connects travellers with hotels, tour operators, venues and transport providers. Services are delivered by these partners, and their own terms apply in addition to ours.
Pricing and quotes
Prices shown on listings are indicative starting rates based on typical season, occupancy and inclusions. The binding price is the written quote confirmed by our team for your specific dates and party size.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance is received and we issue a written confirmation. Balance payments are due as stated in that confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for valid identification, visas, permits, insurance and fitness for the activities included in your itinerary, and for arriving on time for scheduled services.
Liability
Delwara.in is not liable for delays, closures or disruptions caused by weather, road or flight conditions, government action or other events outside our reasonable control.
