Cancellation & Refund Policy
Exact terms are stated in your booking confirmation. The framework below applies unless the partner specifies otherwise.
Standard timeline
- 30+ days before travel — advance refunded less applicable processing charges
- 15–29 days before travel — partial deduction as per partner terms
- 7–14 days before travel — higher deduction; some components are non-refundable
- Under 7 days or no-show — generally non-refundable
Peak season and special events
Weddings, festival dates, New Year and other peak periods usually carry stricter, non-refundable terms set by the property or operator. These are always disclosed in your quote before payment.
Date changes
Where the partner allows it, we will move your booking to new dates subject to availability and any rate difference, instead of cancelling.

Email info@delwara.in with your booking reference, or call +91 99507 97067. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
